A Calling to Serve, A Life to Give

38 Years of Ministry in Detroit, Michigan

38 Years of Ministry in Detroit, Michigan

For nearly four decades, Deacon Gregory Harris has been dedicated to the work of discipleship and teaching. Rooted in the Detroit community, his ministry is built on the belief that a life lived for Christ is a life of purpose.

The Journey

Inspired by the clear, biblical teaching of Charles Stanley and Bishop G.E. Patterson, Deacon Harris focuses on making complex spiritual truths accessible to everyone. His journey from darkness to light serves as a testimony that your worst day with Jesus is better than your best day without Him.

The Vision

The goal of this ministry is to see every believer move from "eyesight" (seeing the world) to "insight" (seeing through the Spirit). Through teaching and mentorship, we aim to equip the next generation of leaders to carry the light of the Gospel into a world of darkness.

Founder’s Dedication: A Legacy of Faith

"This ministry is dedicated to the glory of God and to the people of Detroit who have allowed me to serve them for the past 38 years. My life's work has been fueled by a simple conviction: that no one is ever too far gone to move from the shadows of 'eyesight' into the brilliance of 'spiritual insight.'

As I look toward the future, my prayer is that the SEEED Initiative and the teachings within my books, Getting to Know God for Strangers and The Way, serve as a permanent lighthouse for the seeker and a steady compass for the disciple. To my family, my mentors, and every student I have had the privilege to teach—thank you for being part of this journey. May we all continue to give our lives to save others from the darkness, until the Spirit of Truth is known by all."
